Stay: 12 days (9 days ruined) We booked this place because of the nice pool and terrace in the photos. Sadly, we were not warned about big renovations. From Day 4 until the end, the pool was closed for building work. Our mornings on the terrace were ruined by loud noise and dust. When we complained, the property management offered a full refund or a discount. We wanted to be fair because the first 3 days were good, so we asked for a discount. They texted us: "today we are doing you a 30% refund." Because of their exact words, I calculated a 30% discount from the total price of the stay. Of course, I did not expect to be paid for the 3 good days, but I expected the 30% off to apply to the full amount. Instead, on our last day, they changed their mind and said the 30% was only for the "affected days." They even said they "did not understand our disappointment." But when 9 out of 12 days are ruined, a total refund of only €127 is not acceptable. On top of that, it took one week and messaging support 3 times just to get the money. Then, Booking did not even send it back to my card they gave it as credit. Absolutely disappointing experience.

ESFRLa vue le matin, les deux salles de bain, la cuisine très spacieuse, une résidence calme. La réactivité du propriétaire pour le moindre problème.
J’ai des doutes sur la potabilité de l’eau. Lors des douches et des bains, l’eau laisse des résidus noirs sur la peau qui provoquent des picotements, même plusieurs heures après la douche. La hotte ne fonctionnait pas et une intervention a donc eu lieu en plein milieu de notre séjour. Au final, les odeurs de cuisine ne sont pas correctement évacuées et restent dans tout le logement. C’est quand même moyen. Le matelas est vraiment en mauvais état. Pour masquer cela, il avait été retourné afin de ne pas voir le côté abîmé et plein de taches pas beau à voir. Cependant, au bout de deux nuits, nous avons commencé à avoir des courbatures sans en comprendre la raison. En regardant de plus près, nous nous sommes aperçus que le matelas avait été retourné et que nous dormions sur les ressorts en fer. Nous avons alors immédiatement compris l’origine de nos douleurs.
