Casa Lucien - Newly refurbished apartment with swimming pool - Ideal for couples

Communications with Eli were good and access to the apartment on arrival was quick and easy. There was a welcoming bottle of water in the fridge but a beer or tea would have been a nice option. There’s a precinct about 5 mins with bars, restaurants and shops. The strip is about 20 mins and the old town/harbour a further 15 mins. Beaches about 5 mins

No oven only hob and micowave, so we couldn’t heat bread or oven-cook. Flat screen TV is set on a wall at a right angle to the couch and has only Spanish stations, which didn’t matter to us as we didn’t go to Fuerteventura to watch TV. No sun loungers.

Love clean and spacious, ideal for a couple.

Nice quite apartment with everything we needed. Very clean. ELI was very helpful and told us to call her if there was anything we need to know. Taxi very easy to call. Just to be made aware there was a spanish message but if you wait they spoke in englsh. Avarage price to main strip 5 euro. Tell taxi you are at Las Dunas

Would have liked air conditioning. You had to leave lights on so fan could work on ceiling. Our driver had problem finding the apartment as the complex is called Las Dunas. The private apartment is called Casa Lucien. I think people should be made aware of this. When ordering taxi they all new Las Dunas

location was amazing: only one side street down, then you are at the beach. supermarket and city centre equally very close. the pool area was really lovely and we spent many hours there. also, the host Eli was very forthcoming and friendly and it was great that there was aircon.

Honestly not much as we had such a comfortable and great stay. we could not find (wine) glasses which would have been nice but other than that all was perfect!
