2 Bedrooms Apartment - Hartbeespoort Dam

Firstly,i am not one to be going around and reviewing and rating, but i really want to protect others from such a horrible experience. Firstly we did not have access to the contact details of the host,they did not even leave it on bookings,we got there,we can’t get inside the Complex,we had no access to the gate opening,we had to ask a lady who was a guest to let us in too,we got to the apartment,there was no body there ,the neighbour gave us the cleaners number who had no idea about our visit, okay she opened for us.the house had no power and you can tell it had been like that for sometime, when we tried to contact the host she was unwilling to even assist,she kept diving between questions and dropping the calls,she kept saying she had an issue with the house keeper and that the electrician was coming, basically making ua feel stupid. We spent the weekend without power,the house was untidy,the shower doors dirty, headboard still had stains from the last visit,i don’t even want to talk about the attitude of the cleaning lady when we requested her to come Atleast for sweeping ,we just had our weekend ruined. We had to go to the othet rooms to request for our phones to be charged,the cleaning lady had to Tell us to stop making other guests uncomfortable and stsy in our room ,i know she was right,but the attitude and having us feel like we had just being offered charity and had not paid.If there is anything i can tell the other bookers is too book other rooms,just not 43,unless you want to ruin your experience,The place is sooooo good and beautiful,just dont book this apartment,

Everything,the attitude of the host,the assistance,just everything,the expirience was sooo terrible, they were just not interested. The location is so nice,other apartments there are nice and well taken care of, that one,nobody really cares about it.
