De Garland Palolem - AM Hotel Kollection

We can't say anything apart from we loved this place it was excellent, the room, facilities and the breakfast was exceptional we also ate lunch and dinner and again the food was excellent We would definitely stay again if we return to palolem.

perfect for what we needed. pool was well maintained and peaceful, good assortment of food and drinks, regular cleaning and a very powerful hot shower.

food was a little bit expensive compared to other more local places but expected, not much storage in our apartment for clothes and items etc

Staff friendly When we got moved to correct room it was a lovely size a lot bigger than the first room the pit us in

Loude music being played in room and when I mean loude it's was shaking the windows before it got turn off we had to complain it's was 2oclock in the morning Shower turn off twice only cold water we had to wait for it to heat back up Breakfast not worth the money alot cheaper outside Ask for a wake up call the morning we was leaving at 6.30 they actually phoned us at 7.05 they reason was the was busy

The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. They made our 4 week stay feel like more of a home than a hotel. The food was outstanding, especially the Goan Fish Curry. The hotel was situated a short ride from both Palolem & Patnem beaches, and you’re spoilt for choice regarding restaurants on both beaches. However, we preferred Patnem as it was much quieter.

The hotel was listed as 4*, but in fairness it was probably only a 3* as it’s showing signs of being tied and in need of renovation. Having said this, the staff are all 10/10 and for this reason I have upgraded my opinion about this hotel. In fact I would be happy to return.

Nice pool with sunbeds and decent towels provided. Staff helpful.Room made up daily with towels and toiletries.

Location a bit out of the way but tuk tuks cheap. Very noisy. Room was near reception. Loud music quite early in reception, could hear people going past constantly. Cockerel outside. No view out of windows.
