Absolutely immaculate and lovely, modern decor. Very comfortable beds and bedding, great hairdryer too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. We’ll be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very well appointed rooms in a great location to explore the “heel” of Italy! This BnB was a fantastic spot that allowed us to explore this beautiful region. Easy access with codes and a delicious cappuccino every morning prepared by Daniela and her sincere smile made our stay there feel like home. Comfortable room with bath. Daniela also helped us with our bags as there is no elevator. She was awesome. Also Lorenzo via WhatsApp solved all our questions fast and answered promptly. Great stay!

The apartments are in a high “first floor”- but Daniela kindly helped us with our bags! She made our stay so much better.

luxurious building in a quiet street. Spacious parking. Great airconditioning. Free, excellent coffee you can drink on a nice terras. Lorenzo a great host that goes out of his way to make it a perfect stay. Excellent restaurant recommended. Ask Lorenzo! Will come again.

would have been nice if the room got cleaned whilst we stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was down the road at a cafe that only offered croissants - which we were too late for the first morning as it’s finished by 9am

The room itself is modern, comfortable and of a good size. Nice small terrace and an a/c that works well.

Service is non-existent. On approaching the property by taxi got a phone call from property informing that full payment (Eur. 290.40) had to be paid IN CASH on arrival or else ... In 40degC temperature had to seek an ATM. The young girl that took the money and had no change and gave no receipt. Only got a fiscal receipt and the change on check out after threats. Even worse, so called breakfast (coffee and a croissant) is available at a bar close to one kilometer away.

no one came in to clean whilst we had it and the breakfast was a 5 min walk to a cafe down the road that only serves pastries - if you come by 9am
