Strategic homestay for all places in ipoh. Easy access for check in and check out. The management very helpful. The whole apartment is clean and in good condition. Had a pleasant stay with family.

So far all good. Will stay here for second visit to ipoh

设施还是不错了的 很多东西玩

1. 预订平台（Booking）上的地址信息错误，导致我多次绕路，耽误大量时间。 2. 联系负责人多次不接电话，严重影响入住体验，原本计划的休息时间完全被打乱。 3. 房间内花洒损坏，使用时直接脱落，喷水到处都是，最后是我们自己处理修好。 4. 房间内配套用品严重不足：碗筷数量不够使用，连基本抹布都没有，洒了水都无法擦拭。 这次入住体验非常差，全程折腾、没有休息好，还影响后续行程。希望你们重视并给出合理解释与处理方案。
