"Horrible customer service"

Place was clean with a lot of room.
Customer service is beyond horrible. We couldn't find the place when we called they tried to tell us we didn't even have a reservation. We had to argue with them for over an hour to get the right address and entry code. When our guide tried to help us, they blamed their own incompetence on her. Then they wanted us to wire transfer the money on Sunday night. Again argued, and we were able to pay cash.Very rude, don't care about the tenants. Wasted a couple of hours. There are so many places to stay go somewhere else.
