Loved how we had secure off street parking. Ease of getting around Chch. The comfort and space was great for us. The place was clean and everything that we needed. Also very quiet for a place close to the city on a busy road.

"Great location, felt very safe and secure."

Great location close to town. Very secure with an automated gate and parking for vehicle. The apartment was well appointed and had lots of extra linen and warm blankets just in case. Even though it was central, it was still quiet.

The only thing was that we couldn’t enter the property via the side gate as none of the codes worked so we just went through the main gate.

"Loved staying here as it’s within walking distance, very comfortable and clean"

Very clean and very nice facilities, beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies

Communication with the owner was lacking & shower door had come off the tracks making the shower annoying to close
