It was dirty, there was no frying pan, the sofa was broken, there was no hot water, no staff to help us sort out the hot water,

Very dirty, unclean in general. Dirty used T-shirt on arrival. Used tissue in beside drawer. Grime in shower. Dirt and rust in bathroom. Dirty toilet brush. Bedbugs on bed. Dirty linen. Not enough towels. Dirty cutlery and kitchen appliances. Apartment block automatic doors barely worked and were faulty. Very disgusting and dirty lobby and apartment building in general , lift included. Not professional at all.

The property was extremely clean and well kept with all essentials including dishes, an iron and ironing board as well as a small fan. It was great location wise too, and felt secure.

Getting into the building was a little difficult as the code was not working

The apartment was clean and the location is good. They have all the kitchen tools , iron, even a washing machine. I loved staying in there, would recommend.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep.

True to picture in fact even more lovely in person. Very calming view of the canal. Building is surprisingly quiet with a barbershop and shisha lounge below. Lots of shops and within walking distance of Spinningfields.

Nothing really except it would have been great if there was a hoover or something to sweep the floor with as I was there for a few days.
