Luxury Apartments - Elysium Opposite to Centaurus Mall

Property was in an excellent location and it was very beautifully furnished

Very good location and amazing rooms

Booked Cherry on Top Alysium Apartments on 17th October for 1 night Big Space having 2 bedrooms kitchen lounge terrace and a separate dining area. Wifi was working perfectly fine. Kitchen was neat n clean. Big Tv Screen in Lounge & master bedroom. The view was good as it was on 13th floor. Secured Parking. A.C in all three spaces. Especially the host Mr Waqar very cooperative & helpful (allowed me a late checkout) The place was secure as all the entries were filled with guards & they do ask the apartment you are going in at the time of entrance Don't forget to bring all the staying members ID Card. Nearest to all major attractions & the Elysium is also equipped with food chain like BRIM , Coffee bean n Tea Leaf etc

The sink in the second bathroom was not working & water was stuck for whole night. Place needs nice deep cleaning Microwave oven was dirty & fridge was smelly. Big recliner sofa seat in lounge arm rest broken & needs repairing Dirty side table drawers No shampoo or conditioner and bathroom kit just one poor quality soap is provided. No one knows how to turn the geezer on resulting a cold shower. Rest is fine Will rate this stay 8.5/10

Size of apartment Location is great and nice views facing the centurus towers. Communication. Truth be told, the person I was communicating with before and after arrival was helpful in other things not related to the apartment and booking and went the extra mile to assist.

1- there is nothing to clean floors or surfaces 2- one of the rooms had cockroaches, we also suffered from bugs bites 3- mattress, bedsheet and duvet cover had stains on them 4- there is a leak in the sink in one of the bathroom 5- there are some dirt and dusts in some areas. 6- expect to have to liaise with management to get room cleaned (since we went out early everyday and came late it meant that we never had and cleaning done) 7- not sure if it's a common thing in Pakistan but expect to pay via bank transfer 8- no flexibility with early check in 9-Apartment needs a little bit of TLC and slight refurbishment
