- big dinner table - Big and spacious living area - Location near restaurants - No noisy neighbours and away from main street - Large and suitable for a large family, and for visitors - Quite near main attractions with a taxi ride away
basic and minimal amenities only (lots of plates, bowls and cups for a family dinner, towels) Following can be improved - utensils can include chopsticks - Bathrooms can have more racking for towels especially if marketed for large family - dish rack to dry the washed dishes and cups - water jug for water especially for a large number of guests - pillows generally hard type, no soft ones - Walls wiring can be removed or better furnished - some faucets are leaky

Very good spacious house, clean and well maintain. Bed and pillows is comfortable. Very good for large family group. Location is easy to go around and quiet neighbourhood.
Just don't really like the check in process where it need to provide too much details to be shared in a group (personal security concern)
