security staircase fully blocked by someone’s carpets on 9th floor. Occasional power cuts. The place is very very very noisy. To open windows for sleeping instead of using aircon is impossible. This and the neighboring house are built in an angle that literally catches the noise of the 10 lane road below. it is merely a residential area - you need taxi for almost everything - shopping areas are far away.

The property has a beautiful view in a good location.

The property is near the main road which is very noisy i had a very hard time trying to sleep motorcycles where driving up and down all night with loud exhausts it was horrible.

Location is very nice and within close proximity to downtown and attraction areas. It’s busy live area with stores and restaurants right down the building that’s almost 24/7 Communication with owner was very smooth during booking and before arrival and he was always responding on time. Door men are very friendly and welcoming. View from the apartment is amazing!!

If you are someone like me who is particular about cleanliness, then your eyes will get hurt. The sofas are stained, floor is patchy with dirt, kitchen is greasy and restroom had fallen hair. When I arrived I took an initial look on the property and it was very quick because we were really tired. when we settled down, I realized that it’s probably was never cleaned even though I paid extra night for a proper cleaning. I brought my own sheets and paper cups because I won’t spend my time cleaning! Balcony and window locks were not working at all , so we had to close one bedroom entirely so kids won’t sneak in the balcony. It was very disturbing to keep an eye on the kids all the time. We haven’t reported to the above to the owner because it wasn’t worth fussing about what is to me basic and didn’t want to waste my time looking for other sloutions. As a recommendation, the 6th floor apartment needs serious maintenance to match the price point you are renting this unit for.
