Hotel Godwin Deluxe really impressed me with its service and warm hospitality. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed—always with a genuine smile. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and fresh every day, and any request (extra towels, water, or a quick fix) was handled promptly. The overall service felt professional and well-managed, and I appreciated how the team made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. A great choice if you value helpful staff and smooth, reliable service.

The area just outside the hotel feels very overcrowded, and I didn’t feel very secure standing outside, especially during busy hours.

L'hôtel est très central dans Delhi et on peut visiter de nombreux sites facilement. L'équipe est très professionnelle et toujours prête à aider. On est dans le Old Delhi, si vous cherchez le calme, n'oubliez pas que vous êtes en centre-ville, cependant, ce n'est pas dérangeant, c'est le bruit normal de la ville, sans exagération. C'est un endroit parfait pour rayonner dans les différents quartiers et sites archéologiques. L'hôtel du restaurant est très bon, le service impeccable : le tarif est légèrement supérieur à des petits restaurants en dehors des hôtels, mais sans aucune exagération. On y a très bien mangé : je recommande de privilégier les plats indiens et non les plats occidentaux pour profiter de la culture culinaire riche. Les plats indiens sont délicieux. Merci pour le séjour et merci à toute votre équipe pour l'accueil parfait !
