Cozy Modern Studio Apartment Near Preston City Centre- Sleeps 3

They had the room up for booking . Once booked they said sorry they can’t accommodate short night stays . Only long term . But this wasn’t advertised :(

The host was understanding about our check in situation.

The apartment has a smell that we didn’t like. Even though, the host put a room scented fragrance. The space was too small for 3 person as well as, it says 3 people but the host didn’t provide bedding for the 3rd person unless we pay extra money.

Very quiet location, in a residential area. The property is a converted garage to the side of a residential house It felt very secure throughout and I never heard any noise from the adjoining property. The host is very communicative, I stayed at the property previously and offered suggestions to make the accommodation better, it was great to see that the host had taken these on board and made the changes.

The shower is particularly small, I am a midsize average height female, and found it very difficult to bend and reach everywhere in the shower.

The property was spotless , very comfortable bed .tv worked . Ideal location

We felt that the property could do with an iron and ironing board as most people travelling don’t pack these items

lovely apartment and more spacious than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a good-sized fridge owner very helpful and accessible Wifi was an unexpected bonus

no means of turning off the lights from the bed (no bedside light)

The apartment was clean and functional. The check in process was very efficient and the host was easy to communicate with. There were a couple of suggestions that I had regarding the accommodation to take it to the next level and the host was very accommodating in taking these on board.

This is small and not something that can be changed, but I am a fairly tall human and bigger than most. And I really struggled to use the shower as it is very small. Should be fine for most, but just be aware if you are a larger human that you may struggle.

Location for us was brilliant we were dropping daughter at Preston University so just up road
