the room is good in general I like it

breakfast not a lot of variety if you come late most of the products are finish . the pool need to be refurbished . they dont clean the room everyday. twice I had to go and ask for toilet paper. staff at reception not really friendly

This place is so overpriced it is funny, the balcony is so small and pointless, 2 air con units which sound great but both generators point to the small balcony which is horrific the only way you can use it is to turn off both air con , Which does not really matter due the the fact its so small 1 person standing is all that can be achieved. Did I mention this is £55 per night. Staff are great its not their fault that the laundry is 10 times the price of anywhere else I have stayed and they even charged my for 4 bottles of water .Again £55 per night

Le pire service de ma vie au roof top ! On nous a parlé comme à de vilains enfants, aucune politesse manque de respect total, nous avons changé d’hôtel même si il était payé. Le comportement de ce monsieur est inadmissible dans l’hôtellerie…
