"Great staff and nice hotel"

Staff were amazing. Very kind and very helpful. Especially Bee the manager. I left the hotel without my deposit and she arranged for it to be brought to my next hotel.

It was located a little out of the way so every time you want to go into town it takes time. However because it was in a quiet location it was nice and peaceful.

The room is spacious, had sofa for enjoy + good facilities we had free upgrade nice staff

pool too small not for children lighting in bedroom is not sufficient, should have mirror in the room for dressing

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Everyone seem like they're the host of the hotel. 100% hood service mind.

Old towel. and wood floor need to be renovated.
