"illegal listing. We left without staying. Had to book another place."

This is my first negative review on Booking as a user for 10+ years. Everything is not expected. Host refused to refund. The listing was against the zone rules in Daly City, I'm taking legal actions to get my refund back. Booking.com actually agreed to help my refund but had to get approval from the host, which they couldn't get.

"Excellent value for the price"

Centrally located, quiet and clean, excellent value for the price, WiFi.

No blow dryer, no TV, linoleum floors (requires slippers), parking isn’t always available on street immediately next to lodging.

The bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like that I opted to pay for parking but then learned that there was only street parking, so I essentially paid $30 for nothing
