Generally nice and spacious place with enough furniture and comfy beds. Polite and responsive host.

Only one bedroom ac unit was working - we wouldn't have booked if we knew. The host did suggest we leave it running all day to try and cool the whole apartment but our young children still found it difficult to sleep and ended up using one room. The shower is faulty and so you have to hold the shower head in one hand all the time, I asked but the host did not have a solution. Some elements of the apartment were dirty on arrival, for example the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the toilet bin was used, no bin liner in kitchen bin. The host did arrange for the cleaner to visit the next day and rectified those issues. When we arrived the fridge wasn't working but the host instructed us to the electrical box to restore power. Also when we arrived the water in the bathroom wasn't functioning, again the host instructed us on how to restore water.

location was perfect and around was very good , connection Milan and around was easy, we like location

First of all, the stay was bad because two of the air conditioners were broken, there was no parking for the apartment, the person in charge was uncooperative, and there was no cleaning of the apartment the next day.

location is good and really so cooperate nature like extremely good , i will give you 10 out of 10 start . thanks
