It was located in a great place, you have a lot of shopping, and restaurants in walking distance (less than 4-5 minutes)… the place is very cozy, clean and with beautiful decoration. Great option to know the region, plus Gio is an amazing host!

The apartment was very loud! You could hear other people talk and use the restroom upstairs! One neighbor played loud music all the time u til Late night

Above all, Giorgio was a superb host. He was responsive, gracious. His charm exuded everything I ever thought Italy might be. The apartment was very modern with appliances that were new to us and a bit complicated for us to figure out on our own. Giorgio arrived early the first morning to help us figure out how to use both the microwave and the washing machine, as well as to provide information about Alba, where to go, where to eat, etc. After staying in a somewhat cold apartment in Venice, this apartment was comfortably warm and easily walkable to anywhere we would want to go.

Although I have given this apartment the highest rating and would likely rent the same apartment again if we were to return to Alba, there are a couple things we didn't like. The apartment was on the ground floor, right off a large parking area in an apartment complex. That meant we could not open the shades of our apartment without exposing of ourselves to others. It also meant that the apartment was dark and required that the lights be on when we were there. We did get used to that and it did not bother us once we accepted that, that's the way it is. The apartment is also cozy, which means it's a little cramped, but certainly livable. Given everything else, it was perfect for our stay.
