Apartment nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Der Innenhof war ungepflegt und nicht einladend. Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung durch eine kleine Renovierung und etwas mehr Pflege gemütlicher wirken

Monolocale carino, pulizia ottima. Cucina bel attrezzata

Molto molto piccolo lo spazio interno, im due si fa fatica a muoversi comodamente all’interno dello spazio. il bagno è minuscolo con doccia ricavata all’interno dello stesso, quando ti fai la doccia non si può usare in contemporanea il wc. La scala a chiocciola per raggiungere l’appartamento è scomoda per portare le valigie. A nostro avviso dovrebbe costare meno per lo spazio a disposizione. Poi non è a 3 minuti dal mare. A piedi ci vogliono almeno 25 minuti. Non si può parcheggiare fuori dalla struttura ma bisogna cercare parcheggio nelle vie adiacenti. Si può fare solo carico e scarico

The apartment is much older than what is shown in the photos. We arrived and upon entering the smell was horrible. The cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom trash was there from the last person who stayed there. When we closed the blackout curtains, it fell on our heads because the rail doesn't have a stopper. The blanket on the bed was in a closet, a mess and dirty... there isn't even a kettle to make coffee, and let's not forget that the neighbor's dogs never, ever stop barking. My partner and I travel and rent places constantly. This has been the worst place. It's horrible to stay there!

Very well organized and thought-through apartment.
