I liked the fact that I chose a place so close to the beach without being beach front. Everyone had their own space, bathroom, and balcony. Lots of room to enjoy for a stay of all adults needing equally equipped spaces.

The house was not clean by any means. Walking in the garage the one garage door was broken and unable to even be opened which was fine. No big deal. As we started to scope out the area excited to adventure around the house and check out the amenities the house alone offered I was highly displeased with the amount of disarray everything was in. Completely unable to play any games in the garage as the pool table and fooseball table were covered in sand. Not one single pool stick was in good use and we're broken. Nothing was properly displayed or organized as far as the games. Putters left in disarray on a chair. Couldn't find all the darts so that turned into a scavenger hunt. Finally we gave up in the garage. Went out to the yard and couldn't have played putput if we wanted to either. You couldn't even see the green b/c the mess from the trees and lack of cleanliness there as well. The fence to the pool was extremely wobbly and there's a safety concern (just FYI). We gave up on the games at that point and entered back through the garage. Loading in stuff we noticed on the window seal at the top of the stairs dead fly, bugs, and water bugs. As we entered the home there was a slight musky/greasy smell but thought nothing more of it. We made our way around the house to check it out. This is the part the gets touchy. First thing that was noticed was the main area rug covered in debris. Sand was scattered in areas around the home and old food crumbles under the couch. The kitchen still had food crumbs on the counters behind the coffee pots and an old bread tie that was found when we moved it to wipe it off. At this point I sent in a notice to the app stating what was discovered just on the area rug. The "cleaning lady" took it upon herself to show up. Was very adamant in a forceful way to tell us not to contact the app if we found anything further and to call her directly.
