Modern Cosy 1 Bed Apartment near City Centre~Double Bed~Parking

Perfect little flat out of town. Everything we needed for an overnite. Headed into town for concert.

Nothing to moan about. Everything you needed everything worked.

Basic bread butter and jam supplied. Tea/ coffee

What a fantastic place to stay!!! Everything was perfect. Great communication from booking till we left, Cannot fault anything. Will definitely be booking again with Emily. Thank you for having us. X

Clean and no issues

The flat was easy to find, plenty of parking outside and inside had everything you would need for a cosy stay. I was very impressed with all the cooking utensils and the breakfast that was supplied. The bed and sofa bed was comfy and the bathroom and shower amazing. There was nothing not to like in this flat, and next time I am in Manchester visiting my neices I will definitely book again.

really bad and heavy smell of smoking ( cigarette)

The flat is in a great location with ample parking, which was ever so helpful as the trains weren't running so we had to drive into Manchester. The tram was a 10/15 minute walk away which was good. The flat itself is nice, modern, and generally clean and it was nice to have WIFI and access to Netflix. The bedroom mattress is quite soft which isn't for us, but it was fine to sleep on for one night and the sofa bed was also nice to sleep/sit on. Emily was prompt with information and responses, and it was super easy to park up, collect keys and then check out the next morning.

Unfortunately, and this isn't at all the host's fault as it can't be helped, the next-door neighbour appeared to be a chain smoker, and that leaves the front door area smelling very strongly of smoke, and the smell also wafted through the bathroom vent after a few minutes of being switched on. When I was checking out, the neighbour stared at me while smoking the entire time that I put the keys back, which felt a bit unnerving. I think if you don't have a sensitive nose or smoke yourself, it won't bother you as generally, it smells fine upstairs if the bathroom fan isn't on. The other thing I would say is to put small butter packets in the fridge, as when I opened the tub of butter in there it had been used by previous guests and that isn't very sanitary, the same could be said for the toothpaste in the bathroom, but I also suppose it's up to the guests if they feel comfortable using stuff like that.
