Direct Oceanfront Villa - Heated Pool & Breathtaking Ocean View

Very clean, beautiful view 😍, esay access to beach. Three pools, recommend 100%

I liked that it was on the beach which was great.

I wish there was an agreement with the Hilton regarding the much better pool situation.

Layout was great, accommodations were good. Facility was nice. Heated pool and beach access.

The minisplit air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom was inoperable. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a muggy room with no ac. We opened the window to no avail as it has a large wooden fixture covering it from the outside so there was little to no airflow. Also the codes sent via text were wrong for the gate code. I had to look through 4 emails to locate the gate code to get into the parking area. The personalized text had the wrong information. The pullout bed the kids slept in was littered with cookie crumbs and chips from a previous stay. Under these circumstances it led to a very disappointing experience.

The location was beautiful.

The Villa next door was very loud until pretty late in the evening doing construction. Drilling, hammering, etc.

We were unable to figure out how to watch TV…. It was just me & my husband, but for a family with kids this would be needed for them to help entertain the kids while the adults made lunch / dinner, packed the wagon for the beach, unpacked, packed, unloaded or loaded the vehicle or just getting the kids to settle down for a nap….. Maybe leave a note with the remotes explaining how to watch TV in both the living room and the bedroom and which remote does what…. I think that would help future guest..
