Location is okey.

I booked a room with kitchenette. But the kitchenette does not have any Utensils! There was no prior notice on the website either. I had to buy everything for cooking. Frigorifero was making loud noises day and night. The bed was bad, you sank into the bed and canโ€™t sleep well at all. The Indian lady at front desk was very rude. I was making cappuccino, she ran to me and shouted at me ! What are you doing? Are you making cappuccino ? Thereโ€™s no milk. Excuse me, how would I know that ?? No need to be mean to your guests.
