Modern, trendy and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in Cape Town

Excellent location and spacious apartment.

A little bit of courtesy could help. Checkout is 10.00am which is a bit early. I requested for a slight extension as my flight was later in the day and got a flat no. Cleaning was already knocking at my door at 09.00 requesting to clean.

Lovely views,clean, very centrally located, safe complex. Host responding to our question/ request very fast. Would definitely recommend!

Note if you are staying longer, there is no condiments, you would need to buy everything.

Ligging vrij dicht bij centrum. Prijs op zich is echt wel ok.

Appartement toch wel wat gedateerd.

Booked for three adults so should have gotten at least 2 entry tags. The lack of access to some members caused difficulty.

Most of the things was perfect

Towels and the was no Shower capes.

The pictures did not lie, the apartment was exactly as in the pics. It is very spacious, tidy and clean. The area is safe and central, shops within walking distance. Police station around the corner. The host was waiting for me at the entrance and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know for the duration of my stay. He was also very kind and prompt in terms of responding to messages/queries. The view when standing at the rooftop was amazing.

The frontline staff at reception were very rude on Saturday (18th) afternoon, no manners, no approach. They don't know how to speak/treat clients yet they are the face of the business. They are the only reason I would not consider booking there again. You don't treat people like that no matter what, more especially when these very same people are the reason you have an income monthly.
