very small, almost no space, very small balcony (only standing possible), almost no kitchen equipment, no microwave, noisy AC

i like the view of the city since its in the 25th floor

The bulding is nice and the view is great at the 25th floor. Nice rooftop on the 26th floor.

The balcony is very small (30 cms large)... In fact, it's not a balcony. Impossible to put a chair outside. Many noises because the neighbor was doing DIY. The drilling machine was covering our voices. The internet is very very slow ! The floor was dirty : after a few minutes taking off our shoes, our feet were black of dirt. There's a nice rooftop but no light in the evening. Impossible to stay there.
