The apartment had lots of space, style and was well situated and equipped.

Overall very Good apartment especially in terms of location, very close to metro, functional good air conditioning in each room, fully functional kitchen. Well renovated apartment with all facilities.

Outside the building is very dark, no light, barely can see the entrance. On top of that there is no elevator as promised ( actually there is, but it’s not working) we needed to carry by hand all suitcases.

the loctaion is good

there is no air conditioner in the living room and in 2 of the 4 bed romos. only 2 bed rooms with air conditioner. The restroom or shower room cannot be locked. One of the bedrooms has no window or any ventilation. It is not suitable for sleeping in the summer or at all. The living room wall is covered with foam to prevent noise. None of this is visible in the pictures

Very good accommodation, satisfied with the conditions and location. Host nice and communicational.

So, there were no keys in our arrival. I contacted the host and they were lost. They told us to wait. Wait for what and for how long? No one knew. Finally, we asked the guests from another property twice to give us one of the two sets of keys they had by mistake. Then, we could get into the apartment and out into the city. The host didn't call us back. No sorry, no nothing. Maybe this is Romanian style, I don't know. The flat was basic, not nice and cozy as shown in the pictures. The area was not nice, dirty, and full of homeless people. No, no, no to this apartment.

Location and features. Good comms but a lot of automated messages were sent (probably AI)

They forgot to leave the key fob in the locker and due to the late hour when we checked in - it was 22, they were not available anymore to provide the fob for the first night. Extremely frustrating because we needed a neighbors help very late to be able to access the building - and could not easily leave as a group.
