City Home Finland Arena Suite - Perfect location with City View

The location is great. The apartment is new and comfortable.

The utensils in the kitchen were dirty and kept in a drawer.

Fantastic location, in same building as casino and right next to Nokia Arena. Spacious, bright room.

There are two things that put me off. Most importantly, the bed. It was not just two single beds put together, but basically two small mattresses with a blanket over it. They kept moving and made a big gab inbetween. I hardly slept, it was very uncomfortable. Second, the way to access the key to the apartment building and the room. I arrived at 2 am, it was cold and rainy. The key was in a keypad attached to a bike. However, on the photo they sent, there was one bike there. In fact, there were about two dozen bikes. The bike with the key was different than on the photo, they keypad had a different number on it than on the photo. In the dark, impossible to find the key. In the end, after about 20 minutes of trying, I called the number provided and, luckily, someone answered. Very nice and came right away, but still took another 15 minutes to arrive. Not a good system at all, another family had exactly the same problem (luckily for them, someone was on the way already). Very expensive, but it's Finland and right next to Nokia Arena, so that's to be expected. Te key issue is probably less of a problem if you arrive at a normal hour. But the bed, to me, is unacceptable.

To find the property and to localize the key was a quest. :) Read the instructions sent by email REALLY carefully. (The address given in the property description at Booking.com is NOT correct!) When already in the building, I realized the apartment number was not communicated, so had to call the host, who replied and solved it quickly.

Like a treasure hunt, never imagined anyone could find a more stupid place to put the lock box.
