The Coach House- Stunning Detached Coastal home, with parking, by Historic Deal Castle

Location Excellent House Excellent Gardens Excellent Our contact for the property (Jo) was excellent All the main rooms and utilities functioned very well and the kitchen was well kitted out. Everywhere was clean when we arrived.

Access and Driveway/parking for our car was not ideal. It was a tight space for a Ford Kuga and very difficult to get out of the driveway. You have to turn the car around to face the front as getting out of the tight entrance gates in reverse is impossible due to the exceptionally heavy traffic on the road outside. If you are only taking a small car then it will be much easier to do this. The shower in one of the bedrooms did not work and although a repair was supposed to have taken place and we let them in to fix the shower it remained leaking through to the floor downstairs. The repair clearly hadn't worked. We stopped the repair man coming again whilst we were there as it felt a little intrusive. I have no doubt this will be repaired however and was a bit of a one off issue. Please put a tin opener in the top kitchen drawer as this was the only thing we couldn't find.

The twin room was small for 2 adults to share. No bath mats.

Beautiful home, only a block from the beach and right by Deal Castle. It was warm, comfortable and well located with helpful and communicative host.

Everything. This place was so much nicer than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice it’s absolutely beautiful! Loads of room for a family of 6, great location in the town and parking right outside of you have multiple cars.

Fabulous location and luxury house with lots of space, beautiful gardens and fully equipped with everything you need. There was bread butter jam biscuits coffee tea and milk provided which is very useful - really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Also lots of restaurants and pubs nearby and the beach.

Great location. House is large and well stocked and set up. Nice garden space and the rooms were all really comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen and more. Comfy beds and 3 bathrooms - so ideal for a family or group of friends.

There were bits that the cleaners had missed - such as stained crockery, dust balls down the side of the sofa and behind the TV unit and biscuit wrappers in the wardrobe.

This is a really lovely property which we recommend highly. Beautifully clean, restful decor and a brilliant location just across the road from the castle. Very quiet too. Communication with Jo was excellent and she was very responsive very quickly. We had no problems just a couple of questions.
