"Horrible, baby gate installed with cardboard box, house was 7deg only went up to 12 due to faulty heater, we had to leav"

Nothing as stated, did not stay 1 night, had to leave and did not want to give us our refund, disgrace to deal with, no empathy with client, no empathy being in the wrong, could have owed up pay us our refund back.
