Al Bostan Al Masi Hotel

Comfortable rooms, calm and quiet. Haram was not too far. Transport available during prayer times. Lifts were easy to access. Frequently changing the towels and bed sheets.

Haram was not walking distance, need to cross the hill road. No restaurant available in side building. Less good restaurant around the area. Some of the pillow was smelly. Staff wasn’t aware of bus timing.

Break fast not available

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was uncomfortable, unclean, and furnished with old, worn-out furniture. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, making it unbearable for non-smokers. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I made the immediate decision to leave and book a room at a nearby hotel, resulting in a financial loss. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel — it does not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort.
