GBFab stay at New house Barn , such a cosy welcoming house with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . Lots of thoughtful touches which made our holiday very enjoyable. Communication with host was great nothing too much trouble and very accommodating , hope to return with a bit more sunshine next time ! Excellent location close to many lovely places to see and things to do

GBWe loved the property which has living areas on both floors, fantastic countryside views and beautiful decor. Lovely comfy beds, it has both a bath and showers and everything we could want. Janet was an exceptional host and made our visit so easy and pleasurable.

GBLoved the outdoor space and we mostly just stayed downstairs using the downstairs kitchen, as sat outside to take in the view. We didn’t really use upstairs apart from the shower, but imagine it would be lovely for a winter getaway, Christmas break as very cosy up there.

GBWe loved everything about the property. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The bedding was comfortable and the rooms tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for day trips to Salcombe and Hope Cope. It was a memorable Christmas getaway.

GBLovely quiet location but only a 5-minute drive from the shops and restaurants of Salcombe. Lovely view of rolling fields from the outdoor eating area. Homely, clean home with a well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. I had the 4 poster bedroom, which was lovely. The host lives next door and was very friendly and helpful.
My friends and I loved it all. We had 4 cars, and there was only room for 2, but there is easy parking up the lane and on Luckhams Lane so it wasn't an issue.
