Chapter Two - Melbourne

Really quirky, and interesting property in a great location.

No tea or coffee or milk provided.

Great location in the centre of town.

The spiral staircase to reach the upper floors, where the bedrooms are, was a challenge. It's a small space on the lower floor. Adequate for a weekend but I think it would be hard for much longer.

Fantastic property in an ideal location.

Just an observation, we stopped in Melbourne as a family group of ten, 5 at Chapter 2 and 5 stopped down the road at the mill. They were provided a welcome hamper at the Mill with chocolate,crisps and a bottle of Prosecco which we thought was very thoughtful. Also I’m not sure if the owner is aware but the toilet was cracked at the front of the rim.

10 am check out a bit early and not great for a family

Second stay here and it was lovely just before. Beautifully decorated and clean. Comfortable beds and all facilities work well.

A few very small things, the bench in the courtyard is badly peeling and desperately needs paint. There is what appears to be a turtle ornament outside but was full of cigarette butts, this could have been emptied between guests and some complimentary tea bags would be very much appreciated.
