Mi è piaciuto tutto, es: La posizione dell' appartamento, la piscina, la sicurezza del posto, ed innanzitutto il pacchetto di Benvenuto, molto variato ed abbondante.. E principalmente l'attenzione del Signor Louis, persona molto allegra amichevole e soprattutto disponibile..

La ubicación.

Sofa cama incomodisimo,se quedaron dos niños y casi no pueden dormir,si fuera un adulto con más peso no se podría quedar,hormigas por toda la casa,olor a humedad,solo un rollo de papel higiénico para un estancia de 4 personas durante 5 días.Normas de la piscina solo para unos,dado que vimos gente jugando con pelotas y cuando nosotros estábamos jugando nos dijeron que no se podía. El check out es hasta las 12 y a las 11:50 se presentó una persona en la casa para que le diéramos las llaves sin respetar la privacidad.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Luis when we arrived and the welcome goodies were a nice touch. The apartment looks nice and modern like it does on the photos other than it is a lot smaller, you would not be able to have 4 people staying there, it was also very clean. The terrace does get sun on it for most of the day but there is a large plant just the other side of it which does shade some sun. The complex is in a great location, modern, clean, and we felt very safe there. No issues with parking, there's parking front and back of the complex.

There is no washing machine in the apartment it is a communal laundry room, the washer is 4 euro the dryer is 3, you don’t need any detergent or conditioner as it’s pumped in through the machines. An extra set of bedding would have been nice to change the bed half way through rather than having to pay to wash and clean the existing bedding. There is a strong smell of drains in the apartment but we just bought a candle to try and hide it. The sofa was very uncomfortable, it had a hard edge but felt very empty in the middle so you felt like you were sinking in to it. The bed was also hard but OK for us as we prefer a hard bed. It was quite cold when we were there especially on a night, a couple of heaters in the apartment for the cold nights would have been nice. Our biggest complaints were the road noise in the bedroom, at one point my husband checked there was glass in the frame as it was that loud especially first thing in the morning so good luck getting a lay in! We also experienced issues with bugs, every time we went into the bathroom there was a couple of little flies, they looked like tiny butterfly flies, we bought some fly spray and sprayed regular but every time you went back in there was another one, then another two and so on… I wouldn’t say it was an infestation but there was always one or two there. Then there were the little ants in one of the cupboards in the kitchen area, we cleaned them out and after a day or two they disappeared. The biggest issue for us were the cockroaches, we encountered. 5 during our stay one was floating in our drink at one point. I did let the owner know and I trust he is going to look into this.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and in a great location in the resort with a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Had plenty of dishes with a microwave, kettle, toaster and hob. The pool area was lovely and very well maintained. Enough sun beds if you get one early enough. Nice terrace overlooking the pool.

The bedroom was at the back on a busy road and noise would waken you at around 5am. There were no toiletries provided even though it said there would be so we had to buy shower gel and toilet paper. Hairdryer difficult to use as is not fixed to the wall but has the part that should be still attached to it.

Fab complex , been there before

Perfect size for the 2 of us and within a good five minute walk to all the local amenities. There was plenty of kitchen facilities although we didn’t cook but great for prepping a snack.

Probably just the outside space, we didn’t realise we were on the ground floor and felt a bit exposed so didn’t really sit out or use the pool area
