Nice place with everything you need for a short stay. Great value for what’s offered. Kind hosts and a convenient private parking.

The train road passes near by, but the noise didn’t bother us. Still good to have earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The host was super friendly and helpful with all questions and information we needed. The place is in the quiet part of Nis, very clean and close to the center and the Fortress, easy to reach even with two small toddlers. The private parking means a lot as most of the town parking places are crowded and hard to reach. I highly recommend the place to all people and families visiting Nis and it's a really value for money place to stay.

Appartment is spectacular. We were in awe how clean, fresh and well spaced it was. They offer you a garage and it's a non smoking appartment. Folks are very friendly, and they have cute malinoa that likes to get pets - very big plus from me 'cause of him :D We will definitely stay at their place whenever we're in Nis, and will come back next year!

An excellent apartment, with plenty of space ( large and comfortable living area with well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom) and an outside terrace with views over the neighbourhood towards the hills in the distance. There is even a garage if you arrive by car, and for those arriving by bus it is only a short walk from the bus station. The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential area but only a short walk from the centre of Nis and the old fortress. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and waiting for us on our arrival as the apartment is next to their home in a separate annexe.

Nothing, the apartment was ideal. We stayed three nights but would happily have stayed longer!
