Mincheta - Luxury Rooms

Perfect location just outside the old town. Close to supermarket and the bakery next door. It is close to a somewhat busy area but the windows block this out when closed. We looked at a hotel as well but I am really happy we went with Mincheta. Clean, nice apartment with great location and friendly staff when we saw them. We stayed in room 101 with two bedrooms. Only thing missing is a wine opener 😊 Beds are really good!

Nothing we did not like.

It was great, in a perfect location, elegant, and clean. The owner is very kind; we were welcomed with chocolate and drinks in the fridge. Daily cleaning is included in the price, as well as the nearby parking.

lovely room, close to everything in Primošten

Wonderful apartment. Everything so clean and comfortable. Great location and Primosten is now one of our favorite places in Europe. Being able to walk to everything, shopping for fresh vegetables and fruits. The mornings in the bakery and the cafe were a real quality of life, but the cutest of all was our balcony.

The property is perfectly located just outside the main town opposite the beach We were pleasantly surprised to find what we booked had 2 separate bedrooms, one with a balcony they other overlooking the beach area. It’s like an apartment but without a kitchen - it’s beautifully decorates too.

Parking was not on site - it’s approx 500mt away. There was no flexibility to have a late check out as they had another booking coming in, unless we paid a 30 euro fee for 2hrs in cash. To me there either is an ability to stay an hour or two more or there isn’t, how does paying in cash change that ? It felt a bit like a money grab. The price was quite high - more than any other place we stayed in Dubrovnik old town, Korcula, Hvar, Split where we had 2 bedroom apartments.
