The place was filthy, we had to clean the first thing when we arrived. All the beds were full of dust abd we found a dead squirel under the pillow in one of the beds, dust mites everywhere. No hot water in the cottage and the top bathroom had no hit as well and the toilet was leaking. We phoned to complain and two ladies were sent to clean, they had such a stinking attitude and they made things worse instead of cleaning, when we asked them to change bed linen they told us they don't have clean one. Lighting in the house was bad and the pool was dirty. That was the horrible experience.

Found the house & entertainment area dirty and untidy Left over food from previous visitors (in the stove, fridge and bread bin) Maintenance that has not been attended to (tiles cracked in shower, no hot water in bottom shower, water leak outside downstairs shower, stove oven didnt work) Area surrounding house is over grown, path ways not maintained, insufficient lighting

The house was beautiful ❤️ the comfort everything was beautiful and quiet relaxing

The top room bathroom water was cold the toilet was leaking and the light was off every morning and trips every day for like three times we couldn't get hold of the guy named Jan to do some activities specially the game drive we tried calling him for three days nothing

The place is so beautiful, very clean and neat🙏. The host was very friendly

The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable. The is ample living room spaces for socialising.

The house had some webs on the doors. The swimming pool was not clean as expected and we could not use it. No response was received from the host on enquiries made during our stay. I would suggest the place to be cleaned on the morning of people checking in to ensure that they find it in a good state.
