The Dragon Villa Hoi An

A nice, clean and comfortable place with a great host, who made sure to go out of her way to make sure I was good. Situated in a good location. Highly recommend it! If I even go back to Hoi An again I would definitely stay there again.

Fresh, new place with comfy room and balcony. Quiet and yet not too far from all the action. It’s basically a homestay with 4 rooms. Host very helpful and communicative.

Very nice! A hybrid between a lovely boutique hotel and a luxury home stay. The owners were awesome! Super helpful and even invited several guests to join them for a delightful dinner! The building is only 1-year old, incredibly clean and modern. The most comfortable mattress we've experienced in SE Asia...and, in addition to a rain shower, a TUB! Excellent English too!

Not really a "dislike"... just a suggestion. You order breakfast the evening before and tell them what time you'd like to eat. It's delivered to your room and you eat at a private table near your door That was fine, but I would have liked a few more choices-- particularly in the Western items--- along with American style coffee. But not a nig deal. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend!!

The best homestay ever! Kim and her family are such a sweet and nice people. Kim has helped us to organize a one-day trips near by with a private driver, so we can watch all of the places without a rush. The house is nice and placed in a quiet area with an amazing family restaurant just after the corner Room was clean, beds very comfortable and breakfasts really testy, especially Pho 10/10 :). We really recommend to stay here, you won't be dissapointed.

Amazing place. Very modern, clean and great value for money. The host is very kind and generous, she helped me with my luggage, booked my onward travel for me and made recommendations. It is a great place to relax and it is both quiet and close to the centre. Would definitely come back :) thank you so much for everything

kim was amazing!! thank you so so much for our stay. extremely accommodating and everybody made us feel welcome. we extended by one night because we loved it so much. free breakfast which was lovely too. fantastic value for money. if we return to hoi an we will be back! thank you again kim :)

The bed was comfortable, it was extremely clean, the breakfast was great. The owner could not be happier to help you out in any way she can. The shower and whole bathroom was lovely. The location is a bit out of the way but the road it’s on is filled with very friendly locals and it’s quiet as a result, the £1 grab to the main area means it’s a good trade off in my opinion

It’s not in walking distance of anything other than a couple restaurants and shops but this means it’s a quiet area and the grab you can order into the main area is so cheap and easy I think it’s worth it. Definitely not a reason not to stay here

Excellent place to stay in the beautiful Hoi an. Kim the host is amazing and will help with anything you need. The place is very clean and modern and comfortable. We will be visiting again ☺️
