Holiday Home by the sea

Within walking distance of the centre of Aberystwyth. view amazing (weather dependent). Couldn’t fault the property for going above for accessories from entertainment, kitchen accessories , towel and added extras. We had to contact the the owner and they were amazing with prompt and helpful response.

There wasn’t a lot of space around the accommodation and the site is a bit tired looking. The van’s decor was a bit dated but this is my personal opinion. Would not recommend for wheelchair user as steep incline.

Living area was nice. Kitchen well equipped

Windows were dirty. Single beds very hard & uncomfortable so slept on settee bed. Under the rug when we moved it for the pull out bed was very dirty & hadn’t been hoovered in quite a while by look of it

Quiet location with great view of the surrounding mountains. Walking distance to beaches and town centre.

We ate all meals on the porch outside. In bad weather it would have been very cramped fitting 5 people eating inside. Swimming Pool wasnt open (pre season?)

Caravan was compact and comfortable. Well equipped and clean. Great location and beautiful views. Quiet too. Highly recommend.

A standard caravan that had everything we needed. Parking for a car car or two motorbikes which we had at the side. Nice patio area by the door which was good. Great coms with the owner so we knew exactly what to do. The caravan was very clean. Beds and bedding ok. Nothing to complain about. 10 / 15 min walk to town centre. Would use again

It was a bit of a novelty staying in a trailer and in a trailer park. Very quiet place, generally nice setting. The place has great views and was very clean.

Small rooms, but generally okay. Not easy to walk anywhere, quite car dependent. The heater in the master bedroom did not seem to work. We also had an incident where we felt the owner was not terribly helpful.

Beautiful views. My dog loved the enclosed dog walk. Site was spotless. Very comfortable stay

The static caravan was a little tired but clean.

Damp smell when entering the caravan. The bedding supplied was totally inadequate, we were cold in bed at night. The area around the static home was ok but the rest of the site was scruffy. Not what we were lead to believe from the description on the website. Disappointed and won’t return.
