AL - Apartamento Moural

The apartment is spacious and bright, the kitchen has been newly renovated, although they did skimp on the dishwasher. The area is great, with the beach and restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, there was a water leak in the bathroom, an old problem that required serious repairs. Despite this, the apartment was rented out even after we left. I see this as the agent's dishonesty. It was unpleasant that the apartment was filled with smoke and the smell took a long time to go away. The parking lot wasn't designed for large cars; keys were either locked, or wouldn't open, or the doors wouldn't lock. Sometimes the parking space was occupied.

The apartment was well equipped.

The administration seemed complicated.

No central ac. Windows wouldn’t open and there was as dog that always barking.
