"sehr schöne Insel, tolle Lage, leider mit (unnötigen) Einschränkungen"

großes Haus mit riesen Wohnzimmer... Top Lage, nur ein kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt, Strand, großem Spielplatz... ruhige Gasse mit sehr wenig Verkehr... gute Bilder, entspricht der Beschreibung das Haus hätte auch eine 10 verdient wäre da nicht das Problem......siehe negativ

im Eingangsbereich stinkt es erbärmlich nach fauligem Moder, der zieht sich leider auch in den Vorraum und beim Lüften durch die Fenster... am 3 Tag, nach vielen Duftkerzen und 6 Std. Dauerregen war es erträglich... der Schrank unter der Spüle ist durch einen (behobenen ?) Wasserschaden aufgequollen und stinkt gewaltig... generell braucht der Aussenbereich deutlich mehr Zuwendung !!!
