Ins Suite @ The Quartz Residence-Infinity Pool

The unit was super clean when we arrrived. The view is breath-taking, the facilities working properly. I love that it is located at 7th floor, not too high for me with anxiety. Very near to many facilities. There's a good playground at 18th floor and great pool at 36th floor with a gym. We will come again. Kudos to owner for a great response when I told them that we were with 2 cars. What made it more memorable was that we got to enjoy the view of the majestic Supermoon on Dec 31st.

Everything was great, nothing to complaint.

Location wise it convenience. Facilities are good, rooftop pool is great, but not enough time to enjoy.

Parking lot is not mentioned clearly, wasted time to go up the floors. Actually is at G level. Process of check in and check out not mentioned clearly and wasted time at the lobby.

We love the house..it was so clean and comfortable..we really enjoy our stay here.. definitely will come back..

Pool guard shall be more adequate knowledge about what swimsuit is and other rules on pool & other facilities. Firm is good but smart is more valuable.

Facilities are amazing with strategic location which easiest to move from one place to another. 😊👌👏👍

Overall all perfect but just one thing i didnt comfortable with it about the refundable deposit. Checkout at 12pm but the host transfer at 9.30pm which was asked by myself for the 3rd time. Please be responsible and professional to guest and improve this kind of issue for better management performances in future as well. Thank you.😊

We like it because it's new and the neighbourhood is quiet and clean. 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.. Good for a family of 5. And the location is superb as it is near to Klebang and the town center.

The queen bed's comforter is too small for 2 people . Had to go and buy another comforter. The staff in charge is a bit less informative. As usual, on the check-in day, they will send instructions and ask for a deposit, which will be refunded if there is no damage. Upon c/out, I informed the in-charge and also gave my acct number. Response was only TQ . I had to ask for the deposit at nite . The queen bed is not so comfortable, could feel the spring. We have body aches on the next day. But then .. beggar can't be chooser.
