CHI stayed around a week at playa del fuego and had an amazing time. The resort is super beautiful and chill. There is a big breakfast included and you can also have delicious Lunch/ dinner. You will find lots of hammocks to hang out and the beach is right next to the resort. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

NLThe bed is hard, but the pillow is good. The shower is not hot and cold. The position of shower is little bit weird. Should put atleast kittle nd mugs for coffee or thee. Small side table in the bed.

My private room felt unfinished - just a little more of love and a few small improvements would make this place unbeatable. I also stayed in a shared dorm, and the door was always open as no keys were provided. Additionally, the room wasn’t cleaned for several days. Since the property has sandy paths, the floors were constantly covered in sand, making it uncomfortable. The most concerning part was a security issue during my stay - another guest was certain that someone entered her dorm during the night, and the staff provided zero assistance or clarification when the security cameras were checked... This lack of response was disappointing and left a sour taste after an otherwise good experience.

TWThere is termite on the house wood structure and disintegrated wood chips keep falling from the ceiling. I need to use broom to keep floor clean everyday.

FRThe place is peacefull, very pleasant with the restaurant and the team is friendly and helpful. The road to get there by scooter is a gravel road but is quite short and leads to the main road. I enjoyed having included breakfast which was good (eggs, bacon and toast)
The beds in the dorm were very hard but were changed during my stay and were much more comfortable!
