USThis is a very nice hotel, located super close to the center of town and nearby to many great places to eat. The facilities are spotless, and very well maintained, and it is absolutely a great value. Every single person on the staff treated me with kindness, enthusiasm and respect, and I mean everyone, from the security guard to housekeeping to the young ladies at the reception desk. I had to leave sooner than planned, and I have to give a special thank you to Diem for being so helpful and diligent in helping me with a refund. It's a pleasure to write a favorable review when you've received such exemplary customer service. My highest recommendation to Hoang Gia Hotel, Tuy Hoa!
