Location was great if you’re attending a concert in new frontier theater or smart araneta coliseum, no need for Grab at all.

The listing states that there is a 24-hour front desk, so we expected that late arrival would not incur additional charges. However, upon booking we were required to pay a ₱2,000 deposit which was refundable and were informed of a ₱100 per hour extension fee after 3:00 PM, which was not disclosed upfront in the booking details or house rules. While the staff were polite, this was misleading given the “24-hour front desk” information. It would be better to clearly state all deposits and late-arrival charges in advance to avoid confusion and unexpected costs for guests.
