Ideal for a family visit in Caistor. Lovely suite with kitchen diner, a shower and WC, bedroom and garden views. Lovely continental breakfast, helpful guides and games in the suite. Helpful owners parents of lovely children and pussy people.

Absolutely nothing

An exceptional place to stay. Really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Warm pastries for breakfast were wonderful. Great facilities, including fish and chip shop, very close by.

The location was perfect in the centre of the town minutes from supermarket facilities and the Market Place.

I really cannot think of anything that could have been better.

Lovely breakfast, including fresh croissants, home made jam and fresh fruit along with cereals, yogurt and orange juice. Plus lots of different types of teas and coffees. Everything that you could ask for. Conveniently located in the centre of Caistor. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts who went beyond what we expected to make sure we're able to get to our family party.

The room was larger than we expected more of a suite which was ideal. Clare was a splendid host and we know we have found a great place to stay for further visits.

Bright, cheerful room, comfortable bed, wonderful continental breakfast with fresh croissants delivered to your door. A very good B&B option with a personal touch. If you are a walker, the owners are happy to give you lifts to begin local sections of the Viking Way.

Although instructions on how to find the place were accurate, it's easy to miss/overshoot, and parking up requires a little manoeuvring.
