One the scariest places I have ever encountered. "guests" cooking their dinner on the walkway with a hot plate connected to their room. Not one car worth over $500 in the parking area. Homeless teenagers being checked in by welfare volunteers

There were bugs beneath the bed sheets. My blanket also had holes. The entire bed felt filthy. The bathroom was also very dirty.
