SGThe highlight of my stay was definitely the room; it felt more like a spacious, well-appointed apartment than a standard hotel room. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, featuring a full kitchen and the massive convenience of an in-room washing machine and dryer. Having a bathtub was also a lovely bonus. The location is unbeatable—everything from cafes and restaurants to the beach, ATMs, and convenience stores is just a couple of minutes away on foot. Additionally, the staff was fantastic to deal with; being able to message them via WhatsApp made communication incredibly easy and efficient throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
While the stay was great, there are a few areas for improvement, particularly regarding the facilities. The swimming pool is nice, but it desperately needs umbrellas or some form of shelter, as there is currently no shade and it becomes uncomfortably hot. It would also be much more convenient if pool towels were available at the pool area rather than having to collect them from reception, and a poolside drinks service would be a welcome addition. While the breakfast was adequate with good coffee and a rotating menu, some of the buffet food items were unfortunately a bit cold. However, it was nice to be able to order freshly cooked eggs and soup. Lastly, the gym equipment is fine, but the room itself is very cramped, making it difficult for more than one or two people to use the space at the same time.
