The Red and White House

Fint hus i et rolig nabolag. Vi hadde tilgang på alt vi trengte for oppholdet. Det var veldig varmt ute og inne, så vi savnet a/c, men det var vifter tilgjengelig på de to soverommene vi benyttet. Anbefales.

Very large and cosy holiday apartment with three bedrooms and space for up to six adults; washing machine and dryer available; location slightly outside the centre and therefore very quiet; easily accessible by bus; grocery store within walking distance.

Very nice, functional, comfortable and modern house. Nice outdoor garden with grill. Clean and good contact with the host. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at this beautiful house in Luleå, a real home from home. The owner is fabulous too; friendly, polite, professional, cheerful and extremely helpful. In fact, I would go as far as to say that he really did go out of his way to ensure that our stay was pleasurable. I should also mention that the house is also extremely well equipped too, and that we lacked for nothing. Would we stay here again, absolutely - in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area, whether that be on business or pleasure.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about the house or the owner. The perfect host.

Lots of room, peaceful location,

Nothing to complain really. The lights in the entry didn't work but that was a minor inconvenience.

The house is very big and affordable.

Sadly, there were cameras inside. One monitors the hall that leads to the bathrooms and the bedrooms and one monitors the living room. This wasn't communicated. Only after I left a very honest review on Google, the host called me and told me that these cameras supposedly only activate when there is a fire or a break in. Interestingly enough, cameras aren't able to identify the difference between us as guests and a thief. I really hope that this will change or at least be communicated in the future.

Very high standard of accommodation

Everything about the property was fantastic. It was close to the city (easy walk or just a 3 minute walk to a bus station), it was incredibly clean (exactly like the photos, if not better), and the hosts were warm and responsive. Hasan responded quickly and even came to the house when we had a slight issue with the lock (which he opened up remotely at first, and came in person to inspect anyway). The house was very comfortable and had all of the essentials. I will 100% stay here again when I visit Luleå!!

Brilliant host, so friendly and attentive and very responsive to messages. Went above and beyond to help and make the stay great. Good value for money too and a great location. Thank you.
