La ubicación es buena, hay restaurantes cerca y puedes ir caminando al centro de KK. También lavanderias y algún supermercado 24h. A pesar de ser un megaedificio, es tranquilo, y la piscina es agradable. Camas cómodas.

Disponer de solo una llave para todo el grupo de personas alojadas es incómodo. Falta algún armario para poder ubicar la ropa.

- Easy access to suria shopping mall - Suitable for small families.

1. The floor was dirty and dusty, and it had not been mopped properly. 2. No wardrobe was provided in the room. 3. The facilities appeared outdated, with multiple cracks on the floor. Although feedback was given to the staff in charge, the issue was only temporarily addressed by placing floor mats over the damaged areas. 4. One of the LED lights in the room was broken. 5. The stool provided in the room was loose and posed a safety risk. 6. The furniture was in poor condition—unclean, lacking proper coverings, and showing signs of mold. 7. Although parking was available, it required an additional fee, which was not clearly stated in advance.
